Bananas in Coconut Milk

Bananas in coconut milk. A great dessert that flavours are more than you'd expect from so few ingredients. Super simple to whip up.

  • Banana - 1
  • Coconut Milk - 3/4 cup
  • White Sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - to thin

Add coconut milk, sugar and salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Water can be added depending on how fatty the coconut milk is and the desired consistency. Cut banana and add to pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes depending on desired consistency of banana and initial ripeness of banana. Serve hot or cold!
